Shauna Roberts
Shauna has been with IC Federal Credit Union since 1997 and is a mortgage originator located in the Bemis Road branch. Since starting her banking career in 1984, she has worked in all aspects of lending. Shauna’s diverse background helps her assist Members in determining products that best suit their needs. Shauna is an affiliate member of the Northern Worcester County Association of Realtors and regularly attends realtor meetings to stay abreast of changes in the market and to understand the needs of realtors, borrowers and lenders alike.
Steven Turbide
Steven has quickly achieved success in mortgage lending since graduating from Lasell College in 2003. After initially processing loans and working with top producers, he has become a seasoned loan officer. He specializes in working with self-employed borrowers and those who have less then perfect credit, while continuing to offer all the traditional mortgage products. Steven resides in Leominster.
Brian Cormier
Brian brings over four years of residential lending experience to the Mortgage Center at IC. Having successfully completed hundreds of transactions, he prides himself on being able to creatively satisfy the needs of his customers. Brian attributes much of his success with clients and colleagues to the skills he gained from 15 years of experience in customer service management prior to his lending career. Brian lives in Fitchburg with his wife Lisa and their three children.
Rick Vallee
Rick is a lifelong area resident, graduating from FHS in 1976. Having worked in real estate and lending since 1980, he is extremely qualified to answer questions about all facets of the home financing and buying process. Rick is a member of St. Joseph Parish, active in the Monty Broc Rotary Club and a participating member of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He lives in Fitchburg with his wife, Shari, and family.
Brieanna Courtemanche
Brieanna brings a wealth of banking knowledge to an already seasoned staff that includes lending, deposits and operations. This expertise enables her to match the ideal product to meet the borrower’s needs from IC's vast array of mortgage and deposit products. Brieanna has years of experience in every aspect of the lending process from Origination, Processing and Underwriting. As a manager in both operations and member service departments, Brieanna will provide a smooth transaction for all her borrowers. . Brieanna also dedicates her time for the betterment of the community as a member of the Princeton Fire Department. She lives in Fitchburg with her husband and three children.
